Adwita Turns 2!

Our neighbors have a daughter that is a mere 16 days younger than Lydia. They celebrated her birthday with a party at Monkey Joe's on Saturday Night. We had taken Lydia to Monkey Joe's VIP opening and she was not pleased with the loud noises and big bounce houses. The 2nd time around was a lot more satisfying for Lydia. She enjoyed the slides and bouncing more than ever.

We enjoyed the cultural experience of attending an Indian Birthday Party. We ate cake first, followed by pizza before Lydia was handed a gift to open. Adwita opened her gifts at home. We were glad they invited us since the girls tend to play a lot together in the summer outside.

Lydia showed Daddy her gymnastics moves as she attempted to climb the wall from a handstand position (Something they practice in class). She did a great job getting her toes off the floor!
