Bath Time

Lydia is a big fan of the tub. We have a feeling she will take after Brett and be a little fish in the water. She was crying and upset before we put her in the tub, but once she got in the warm bath it was like she was relaxing in a spa! She even loves the spray from the faucet to wash over her head. We are enjoying finally getting to give her a 'real' bath now that her cord has fallen off and we are able to get her tummy wet. It is a lot easier than doing sponge baths and she is just so cute!

One thing I would suggest moms to invest in is the ducky that is on Lydia in the picture . We received it as a shower gift and it is awesome. It is, more or less, a weighted washcloth that you get wet with warm water and drape over the baby as you wash the baby. It is designed to keep the baby warm as you wash their hair or the rest of their body. Lydia loves it! We also like it because it keeps her "modest" for her photos!
