Lydia participated in her 4th session of running club tonight. She reduced her time from 4.29 to 3.30! She shaved nearly a minute off her quarter mile She comes out of the gate charging and does a great job running the entire time. She loves to cheer on the 3s and 4s that run after her. It is something she looks forward to and can do nearly independently now. I particularly love watching her do warm-ups. She is hilarious!
