Lydia recently received her new Jumpstart leotard. She wanted to wear her 'mastics suit' to tumbling class as soon as she saw it. She is such a wonderful little tumbler. I think her favorite "events" are the bars, beam, and trampoline. She also does well with the vault. It has been so fun to watch her develop through the course of the multiple gymnastics sessions she has done. Her gross motor skills are much better. She can independently walk across a balance beam, do straddle jumps, complete a sommersault, and so much more! I am most proud of abilities to sit and listen to directions, play with others, take turns, and wait patiently. Those of you that know Lydia, or toddlers for that matter, know that those are important and often difficult to acquire skills!
