Easter Picture Session

We are constantly amazed by the work of Patricia Mingus and her photography. We are not disappointed today when she patiently and calmly photographed Lydia as she had her pictures taken with baby chicks and lambs for Easter. We will receive our professional proofs by the end of the week, but Brett took a few while we were working on getting a few good smiles from Lydia. As you can tell from the final picture, that was not always the easiest thing to do. Lydia loved the lambs and chicks, but unfortunately, didn't want to get too close to them. We did manage to get a few pictures of her putting the hat on the lamb, giving the lamb a kiss, and peering over the plate with the chicks on them. I loved Lydia's outfit. Although it is difficult to tell on the pictures from my camera (hopefully to be replaced by a much more awesome camera for my birthday, ahem ahem), her dress was a pastel yellow with tulle and polka dots in white, light pink, and light green. It is perfect for Easter!

Needless to say, Lydia made Patty work hard for her money today and we are super excited to see the final results!
