15 Month Check Up

Dr. Halperin said Lydia is doing well... He would be happy with 5-10 words/signs and Lydia is speaking about 5 words and over 20 signs! He was also impressed with her powerful leg muscles... Although maybe not in the context of her kicking him while he was trying to probe her ear! He did have to laugh at how "on the go" Lydia is. He commented on how she is "drunk on the ability to move." He restated that a lot of babies get so excited that they can walk, move, run, ect... that they just 'go.go.go' once they can move! The whole hour we were there, she didn't stop running around except to have a snack and a sip of water.

Lydia received two immunizations. We decided to go with a flu shot and will return in one month for a follow up shot.

Overall, no concerns whatsoever!
