As most of you know, I am assistant chair (and future chair) of the Peoria PlayHouse and the project is very dear to my heart... Namaste Studio is doing a benefit for us on November 7th. Lydia and I are planning on attending Baby Yoga at 12:30pm... We hope you can join us and help support the Peoria PlayHouse interactive Children's museum....

Together we are featuring a day of playful yoga
for the Peoria PlayHouse on Saturday, November 7, 2009.
Cost per class is $10 per participant. All proceeds from November 7th
classes will benefit the Peoria PlayHouse Children’s Museum.
Class Schedule for Saturday, November 7, 2009
9:00am-10:15am: Our All Levels Yoga (pre-teens and teens are welcome with a parent)
10:30am-11:20am: Kids (ages 4 – 8)
11:30am -12:15pm: The Tots (crawling to 3 years, with a caregiver)
12:30pm-1:15pm: The Babes (ages 2 weeks to crawling, with a caregiver)
