Once A Brave....

We rarely take Lydia to Bradley games due to the fact that the majority of them begin at 7pm and Lydia's bedtime coincides with tip off. We opted to take her on Wednesday night due to the fact that we could adjust her nap schedule over the holiday weekend if need be. She loved it and did so well. We ate at Old Chicago prior to the game. Lydia enjoyed applesauce and Mac-n-Cheese as well as a few bits of pepperoni and sausage from our calzones.

On a side note, Buffalo Wild Wings does not offer a healthy side dish alternative to their kids' menu. I was disappointed in this. Thus the only options for kids to eat with their meals are french fries or chips. I don't think that is at all acceptable and thus we won't be taking Lydia there in the future.

Anyways, at the BU game, we took Lydia down to the floor where kids line up for the basketball players to run by after starting line ups. She sported her Bradley Bow and new black sweater. Lydia loved the lights, the music, the players, and the cheerleaders. She was enticed by the action, music, and noises the whole night! Unfortunately, Bradley did not show up to the game they should have won easily and were down by double digits after half-time. We determined at 8:30 that the game was 'over' and left to take Lydia home. Despite the BU loss, we had a great time and think Lydia did too!
