Cocktails on Columbine

One of our favorite summer traditions is Cocktails on Columbine with our neighbors. We gather after dinner on Friday to enjoy a few drinks and desserts while the kids play and the adults socialize. With the onslaught of new and transient neighbors, we were nervous that this tradition would not ensue, but it has and it is great! We are tossing around a few new names to include other streets in our neighborhood...libations on the lawn, drinks on the driveway...ect... needless to say, it is just a great time with our neighbors... Tonight, Lydia was even able to meet our newest Columbine additions.... Nicholas and Luke, the twin baby boys born just 4 weeks ago! Amongst Lydia's favorite things to do during Cocktails is to watch the other kids. Tonight, Meredith, a 15month old baby, came for the first time! It was so fun to play on the driveway with her! Also, Lolly, our neighbors new puppy came with! Lydia loves Lolly!
